Treating Cold Sores
Ways to prevent and treat cold sores?
Unfortunately I get cold sores, they run in my family. In the past month I have gotten 4 of them. I started taking L-Lysine about 2 weeks ago. I'm not sure exactly how much to take though? 3 days ago I got another cold sore it's the size of a nickel and on the right corner of my mouth, I got invited to homecoming this Friday, ugh. I put tooth paste on it at night to try and dry it out but I don't know if that's working. So how can I prevent and treat my cold sores?
I prefer using Trilex because it is a combination of herbs that work quickly with no side effects. When I feel a cold sore coming I start taking Trilex right away; 95% of the time it kills the cold sore in 48 hours before it blooms into a disgusting sore.
