Yellow little bumps in nose after flu?
i have a few small little bumps inside my right nostril on the bridge of my nose. inside. and they are yellow. not bleeding but weeping yellow stuff when i clean it.
its not a cold sore because its not scabby and bleeding. its just yellow little bumps.
except its spreading a bit and so how do i stop it. and treat this??
