How come I been getting a cold sore on my lip since forth grade?

How come I been getting a cold sore on my lip since the forth grade. Im in the 11th grade now I have never kissed any body I never had sex. Its one bump on my lip it looks like a pimple It never hurts its just ugly.

If you're trying to say it's herpes then you're probably wrong. Herpes sores burn and itch. What you got ain't normal.
