Where can I find Trilex?

I'm trying to find a way to get rid of a cold sore that is beginning to form on my lip. From what i read Trilex is the stuff to get... Does anyone know where i can buy it besides the internet? or Does anyone have a better cold sore remedy???

I use Campho-Phenique. But you have to put it on BEFORE you get the actual cold sore. I get a small sensation on my lip, just before the cold sore shows up. I apply Campho-Phenique and the cold sore never ends up showing up. It works every time.
