Cold Sore Quick

cold sore help .. QUICK!!?

I start school in a few days and I have a cold sore near my lip!!! Its not too bad but I want too get rid of it quick!!! I am using abreva and I've always used it but it usually takes about a week and I only have 2 days!! Do you have any suggestions?? I don't want to use any pills or expensive lotions.
