Cold Sore Face Pain
Pain after running...?
I really like to run, and try to get it in at least a couple of evenings a week (the only time I can). When the weather is cold, my face - especially my jaw joint area - feels sore/painful for a good hour or two after a run. Any thoughts about why this might be, and what I could do to prevent this?
I'm in San Diego, so no worrying about snow or freezing temps, but it does get pretty chilly at night...

it happends to me too. its normal. most of the time when its super cold out my ear burn inside from the weather. i just try and cover them up.
if you have a jacket that comes up higher around your neck area i would wear it, because it actually helps alot. it will help keep in more heat and it wont feel sore.
