OMG!! i have a cold sore!!!!?
please!! help me! i have this cold sore in my mouth on my gum and it hurts soooo bad!! its goten bigger and i need something to reduce the pain (home remedies).. or something to get rid of it faster (again, home remedies)..
please help! it hurts so bad!!

there isn't much you can do to make it go away faster... you can buy stuff over the counter for cancker sores that contain lidocaine or another anestheic ending in "caine" which will numb the pain for a bit. gargle with warm salt water if you don't want to use an over the counter product. it will be gone within 5-7 days.
