Natural Cold Sore Cure
i have a cold! HELP!?
I have a cold and it is interferring with my life of sports... how can i cure a sore throat along with a stuffy nose... i need something natural maybe because i have tried airborne and something called SinusClear... I also have tried drinking hot lemon and honey water and those nose drops with salt and also gurgling salt water... it kinda limits the answers BUT I GOTTA GET BETTER!

The only two products over-the-counter for stuffy nose is phenylepherine or pseudoephedrine. Pseudoephedrine is sold behind the counter now but you dont need a prescription. It is more of a hassle to get but works better. Just dont take it if you have high blood pressure or prostate problems. Also dont take it before you go to bed because it can cause insomnia. Pear that up with either a tylenol or advil and you should feel better.
