My Cold Sore Hurts
i have a cold, and my throat is really sore it hurts to swallow what can i eat/drink to make it feel better??
at night it is almost unbearable. i can't sleep because it hurts so much. my mom keeps putting off buying cold medicine.
is there something i can eat or drink that will make it feel better??
gargle with salt water. salt is a natural antiseptic.
it works for me every time. in fact it's all I use.
Oh make it really strong and don't swallow it. after your done you can rinse your mouth out with regular water but don't swallow it or let it touch your throat cause then it won't help.
