What Vitamins and Tablets did u take during pregnancy?
Just wondering on what the best brands of Vitamins and Tablets there are to take during pregnancy. I'm in the very early stages of pregnancy and need to start taking folate supplements, i've heard that Blackmores i-folic are the best to take. What Vitamins and Tablets has anyone taken? Also i suffer from cold sores and take a lysine tablet every day to prevent an outbreak, is it ok to take L-Lysine tablets when ur pregnant? If anyone can tell me what vitamins and tablets they've taken during pregnancy, it wud be a real help. Thanks.
I take Blackmores Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Gold and I feel great (although I could just feel great because we're having a baby!). Elevit is just as good but more expensive.
