Is There A Cure For Herpes
how long before a cure for herpes?
I have been diagnoses with genital herpes 2 years ago, i probably had them much longer. I ws diagnosed after i got engaged. My wife knows all about it, and as a result has not contracted them, through us being super cautious. My question is, i know there is some experimental vaccines, but any chance of a cure soon?
There is this one thing that's pretty promising. It's a "theraputic vaccine" meaning it's intended for use in those already infected. It basically boosts your immune system to specifically target herpes simplex.
It's not a true "cure" but it prevents basically prevents the virus from "reactivating" hopefully meaning that you won't have outbreaks and won't be contagious.

Herpes Cure? What's That?
The herpes simplex virus has been aggravating the world since time immemorial. It is indeed a plague because there is no known herpes cure. Becuase herpes withdraws and hides in the nerves between outbreaks (it then lies dormant), it is virtually impossible for your body to fight it.
