i have a cold sore on my lip. i dont know where i got it from but i was kissing my boyfriend yesterday and we do share the same drink, utensils and bottles.

You don't have a STD. No telling where you got it from. You can put abreva on it (from the drug store) to help it go away. Don't kiss your boyfriend until it goes away so you don't give it to him.
