herpes or mouth ulcer?
Hi, would i know the difference between having herpes or just a mouth ulcer? , i heard a lot of people have oral herpes and don't know it, i know that cold sores often appear on the lip with herpes [i dont have that]... the ulcer is on the inside of my bottom lip and it's the worst ive ever had in my life..
so would herpes quickly become many ulcers in the mouth or could it be just one?
