can my child catch a cold sore by kissing?
Earlier today I kissed my (3 yr old) child on the lips like any normal day. Later on when I got to work I started feeling tingling and swelling in my lips. When I looked in the mirror I noticed a cold sore forming in the 1st stage. I did not feel these symptoms when I was at home with my child.Could i have spread the virus to my child by kissing earlier today and if so what should I do?
yes, the child can get the herpes virus.
