does it harm the baby if we get cold and swollen neck during pregnancy?
hi i m 5 weeks pregnant. i first had a cold sore 2 days ago then one side of my neck was swollen a little bit and painful i am now experiencing sneezing and a little bit of congestion.I m not worried about myself but the baby cause wk 5 is very crucial.please help me with that.thanks
Sounds like me in the beginning of all three of my pregnancies. First, start taking prenatals. They'll help you from getting sick. They baby will be fine. You sound like you've got a cold from your lowered immune system (swollen neck sound like inflamed lymphnodes). Mine was so low this time around I even got a yeast infection and subsequent UTI, but I took care of everything and started taking prenatals and I've been right as rain ever since. Good luck!
