Cold Sore While Pregnant
What can I take for a cold while pregnant?
I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I just got hit with a whopping cold. My sinuses are all stuffed up and I have a bit of a sore throat. I'm tired and just very uncomfortable and to boot...hubby is sick too 
What can I take and do to help me feel better?
I was told NO tylenol cold...and NO benadryl
Being pregnant I would say not to take much, I know some doc's say that robitussin and other cough meds are OK but I just wouldn't be comfortable taking. My doctor said they don't recommend anything stronger than Tylenol. Tylenol should help a little. You can also use a saline solution to clear your nose out. I bought one when I got a cold called Sinucleanse and it did wonders. Besides that drink lots of water and it should be over in no time.
Edit--yeah don't take Tylenol Cold only plain old acetaminophen. I really recommend the saline solution to help clear your sinuses.
