Cold Sore Under Tongue

Can you get a coldsore on your tongue?
I don't have Herpes virus I because I was dirty....I've been getting them since I was born when my body is understress and has a low immune system intolerance...I usually get one about every year or every other year....not that often at all. But, I have this very faint yellow spot on my tongue and it is sore and it hurts. It's like yellow under the red of my tongue and slight raised. Is it possible to spread the cold sore on my lip to my tongue? PLease no bad answers, I'm not a dirty person.
Yes and its not a cold sore, its an ulcer. I have gotten them since I was a baby too. Its not herpes anyways.....
Heres some tips on treatment options, etc... from wiki health

PS- My mom got the herpes virus in her mouth from kissing someone else who had it, and kissed my sister on the mouth (when we were tiny) or shared a drink with her, so my sister got it from my mom. Mouth herpes is not dirty, either, so please do not automatically assume that people who have them are dirty, or deviant. Oh and the herpes ones are red sores on the outside, on the LIPS, and are visible, while ulcers are not visible without pulling the cheek back, or flipping the lips out, to see the inside of the cheeks or gums.
Heal Cold Sores Properly
I want to talk to you about how to heal cold sores properly. A lot of people have outbreaks of this particular problem, but really know next to nothing about it. There is a lot to understand when it comes to this type of particular sore and what you should be doing about it. Many people assume that this is a problem with an infection or some sort of irritation of the skin, but it isn't. There is actually an incurable virus hiding dormant in your body that produces it. I know that sounds a lot scarier than it actually is, but 8 out of 10 people have the virus. I'm going to show you how to heal cold sores properly.
The first thing you need to understand is that this particular sore on your face happens when your immune system gets weak. The virus lays dormant in your body until it has a favorable time to spread. The sores on your skin are actually very contagious and can easily spread. There is a stage when the cold sore actually cracks open and starts oozing. That ooze is nothing more than the virus and it can very easily spread to other parts of your body and to other people.
When it comes to how to heal cold sores properly, you need to keep things clean. Keep your cold sore dry and clean. Wash your hands on a regular basis to prevent any spreading. Also don't poke at it or touch it with your tongue. You're only aggravating it. When you stop the spreading of the virus, then your sores can actually heal.
