Cold Sore Under The Nose
The pimple under my nose turned into a cold sore.. What could this mean?
Could be a cyst, if its painful could be an infected pimple or an oral herpes lesion. if it's painful go to the dr and they can prescribe some ceram to help it go away faster. Dont touch it either, it will only make things worse.
