Cold Sore Under Eye

Cat has constant cold, eye bump and losing dear on tail and near tail.?
Cat has had a cold for a while, about 3 weeks and has a bump (sore) under her left eye which has reddish/brown discharge. She sneezes a lot and has green mucus coming out of her nose. She is also losing fur near her tail and at the beginning of her tail and near her tail feels kind of sandy/gritty.
Does anyone know if these are linked or separate problems? Or can anyone give a possible diagnosis to what these could be?
Any info would be appreciated.
Thank you
She is definatly sick and needs to be on antibiotics. Green mucus and any color of discharge indicates infection. She may be losing fur around her tail because she has bowel problems and is cleaning herself. Keep her warm for now and make sure she is eating and drinking water.
This is not going to get better on its own, and she can soon get dehydrated, have kidney problems and stop eating. She is in your care and needs your help.
Please take her to a vet and don't wait.
