Cold Sore Treatments At Home
I lost my voice help!?
I have a sore throat, and I kinda lost my voice. Its really hourse and deeper. It hurts to swollow and yawn. but if i take advil cold and sinus it dulls the pain. but i want other at home treatments because i am going to camp and i want to enjoy myself. i am trying to drink more water already.
I really think that you should see your Doctor, you may have a virus/infection and may need treatment for it.
In the meantime drink plenty of fluids. I boil some water, and put two or three teaspoons of honey and lemon juice in a mug. Honey is a good antiseptic and soothing.
Your can adjust the honey and lemon to suit how you like it.
Go see your doctor though, don't spoil your holiday at camp.
