Cold Sore Treatment while Pregnant?
Hi, I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I've got a cold sore. My nurse says I can't take anything - You have to suffer through it! - She said. Does anyone know of safe alternatives to take while pregnant? It's my own darn fault, I forgot to take my daily lysine while on a trip over the holidays. I'll never do that again!
It must be painful but I would recommend not to take anything but tylenol for pain and consider oragel for local pain control, good luck
