Cold Sore Tonsil
Very sore right tonsil. I have white spots all over it and you can see a knot on my neck from being swollen?

So I have been sick with a cold for a week tomorrow. I went to the doctor yesterday and she prescribed me a 5 day dose antibiotic. Today I wake up and cannot even swollen because of the pain from my throat. I have ALWAYS had problems with my tonsils but I have never seen them like this. I am a little concerned and not sure if this antibiotic is helping ... PLEASE HELP!

An antibiotic takes time to work. Most likely you will not see results until finishing the medicine. If you are serisouly worried, I would suggest going to your doctor again. Like I said though. Antibiotic's take time.
