Does anyone have any good remedies to help or cure a sore throat? I have had mine for about a week now and I can't take it anymore. I've taken so much Ibuprofen, and cold medicine, went through 2 bags of cough drops, hot tea, gargled salt water, etc. etc. It isn't getting worse but it's not better yet and I can't sleep at night because of it. Anyone have any ideas? I'd be so grateful.
I love that spray, cepacol I think. It is nice to numb it.
