i got a cold sore from using a sephora lipsgloss, and now i filed a complaint?

i applied the lip gloss yesterday , n today i have a FULL MOUTH with cold sores,, so it was the lip gloss from sephora..
The combination, of using the lipgloss and most likely a virus in your system gave you the cold sore. You can file a complaint, but most likely not to much will happen. It is hard to prove their product caused you to get a cold sore, unless some others have complained of the problem. You might research online, if any other have had problems with the product.
