Sick with the flu or what?

I've been sick for about three weeks now. Started off with sore throat, fever. Came to a terrible cough. Cold came in. Next week same thing. Went to doctors- said I had the flu and ear infection. [[Last Friday]] I got all achey and sore. No fever anymore though. Hadn't had one since the first few days or a sore throat. Just achey and tired and ear hurt. I had a cough and cold. I still don't feel good. Is it possible to have the flu for that long? Am I contagious? Help me!
