What is the best over the counter medicine for a cold sore?
Help!!!! I am going to be in my twin sisters wedding this Saturday and I gave myself a cold sore/stress blister!! Please help me by telling me what the best medicine or home remidy would be to cure...it's getting bigger as we speak!!
L-Lysine has always worked for me. If you check on the Web, some articles say L-Lysine battles herpes simplex (a cold sore).
