Cold sore management question--?
Okay, I know you get cold sores from stress. However, I never actually get them because every time I feel one coming on I use Abreva and it always takes care of it. My question is, is there any way of preventing the onset? I mean am I just going to have to live the rest of my life carrying Abreva on me at all times or is there some other way? What about prescription medications? Any ideas?
I've heard that eating yogurt with live cultures can help reduce cold sore flare ups. Worth a try...
