Cold Sore Lysine Tablets
I'm 13 and taking L-Lysine?
I'm 13... n i have fordyce spots on my lips... even though there's no cure to it; i think lysine may make it better since it helps for cold sore.... it says to take 3 tablets a day.. but since im 13 maybe i should only take 1-2 tablet? is it ok for me to take it in this age? its like multivitamin right?
It's fine. Take the recommended dose though.
