Arms sore, can't extend them all the way. What should I do?

After doing 75 assisted pull-ups 2 days ago at the gym, my arms are EXTREMELY SORE. I cannot extend them to a straight length, and when i extend them past 90 degrees, it causes me severe pain. When i did the pull ups i had a bit of a cold, which seems to be gone now. Hot water on the inside of my elbows seems to help but this soreness is a serious issue, i can barely turn my car wheel enough to drive properly. If I let my arms hang loosely they do not hang straight down, but instead at about a 90 degree angle (between forearm and upper arm). Is there anything i should be doing BESIDES taking alleve? PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING, i thought this would have gone away after just a day but it just got worse. I really need my arms back :( Thanks in advance.

To My way of thinking I say you should get some Rest. Also Soaking your Muscles in hot water for about an Hour can really take some of the Pain away so try taking a Bath at the Hottest Temperature you can handle. Then try laying down and resting and don't do anything with your Arms just rest them on a Pillow or Something. Seeing how you did 75 assisted Pull-Ups the pain will probably last for a Week but if you rest your arms you should be able to get them working again in a Day or Two. Also for future advice it's probably not a good idea to do 75 assisted pullups in a row without taking a break. I'm not saying never do that again but maybe you should take a 5 minute break after every 20 Pull-Ups until your muscles get stronger. Seeing how your muscles are probably growing as we speak I take advantage of this oportunity and eat a ton of Meat. That should help the healing process and help you muscles grow Faster. If your not able not able to move your arms in about a 3 days go see a docter.
