will a cold sore heal faster if i pop it or if i just leave it alone?
i use the medicine abreeva which helps but maybe if i just sta it with something the medicine could get into the sore faster?
Leave it alone popping it can only irritate it more and cause more to pop up. You can try abreva it is over the counter and works great. Llysine can be found in the vitamin aisle. If this is a constant issue see your Dr and they could prescribe valtrex for you.
