Cold Sore Foods To Avoid

I have fine, straight Asian hair. It gets oily & stinky fast, so I feel like I need to wash it everyday, help!
Hairstylists tell me by skipping a wash every other day, my hair will eventually balance out. I'd like to hear the opinion of a dermatologist. My hair is too gross even after a night of sleep to skip the wash. I've used Herbal Essence, bumble&bumble, Whole Foods brands, Tresemme, pantene and Dove. Herbal essence keeps it dry and non-stinky but I think I'm allergic, it makes me sneeze a lot. I only condition the ends because it still gets tangled up. I'm trying to avoid anything with lauryl sulfates or laureth sulfate, I believe I am allergic to that (i get cold sores from toothpaste sometimes) and it makes it oilier and I sneeze, but I don't know for sure. I think now I'm trying to maintain my natural shine. I know, very complicated. Thanks for any help.
well, you can shower every day and use conditioner... but just use shampoo every other day so your hair doesnt dry out. but if your hair is really oily, then maybe only skip the shampoo every few days or something.
i use garnier.. and i love it, so just check if it has any of those ingredients in it that you mentioned before you try it. maybe head and shoulders if your head is that sensitive.
