How do I handle the first signs of a cold sore? It hasn't popped out yet, it just is starting to hurt today.
I don't want it to pop out. I want it to go away ASAP! It's on my lower lip.
Get some Abrevia and start applying it immediately, it will prevent it from popping out completelt if you can catch it early enough.
