Cold Sore Dry Skin
Help! Really sore skin near my eyes!?
I woke up this morning and the skin underneath and at the side of my eyes is really dry, flaking and sore to touch! I haven't been rubbing them or left my makeup on or used any products that I don't normally use so I don't know what's caused it at all. ( Im also not allergic to anything ) My eyes are still sore now, ive tried bathing them in cold water and they're still sore, dry, flaky and very red.
Does anyone have any suggestions for any home remedies I could try; it looks awful!
Oh...sounds like what I had...it's called eczema. I woke up one morning about 3 months ago with a dry flakey spot under the eye. Mine was super itchy, not really sore (I think). I thought it would go away on its own (I used creams like Eucerin, Vaseline) however, after 2 months, I went to my dermatologist who prescribed Locoid Lipocream and the spot went away in 1 week!
