Does creatine use lead to increased cold sores?

For creatine users, it is known that creatine is a combination of amino acids, one of them being arginine. Cold sore sufferers know that arginine helps the HSV virus replicate and attack the cells.

I take 3000 mg of L-Lysine each day to supress arginine, but will creatine use which may have several grams of arginine in it lead to increased cold sores?

Thanks

If properly formulated, it does not replicate viruses.
L-Arginine and L-Lysine are contraindicated.
L-Arginine should not be taken with any other supplements or food. (P.S. Ron Williiams, the natural bodybuilder of the decade, strongly recommends against using creatine, he uses the only proven safe L-Arginine formula and is not a paid spokesperson) L-Arginine is a blind amino acid and if it does not have a low glycemic carbohydrate rider attached, it travels though improper isoform pathways which can wreck havoc in the body, replicate viruses and generate free radicals. When attached to a low glycemic carbohydrate it does not replicate viruses and is a powerful antioxidant. Only one L-Arginine formula has 15 legal claims attached to its patent. That is patent # 6,608,109, It is the only arginine used in over 250,000 case studies over 23 years without any viral replication, free radical damage or any other detrimental side effects recorded or reported.

Examples of Improperly formulated L-Arginine
Arginine HCL (used in Johns Hopkins study reported in JAMA)
Arginine Pyroglutamate
Arginine Ketoglutarate and Alpha Ketoglutarate (AKG)
Any High Glycemic L-Arginine with any sweetener other than Trutina Dulcem
